For us living here in the Philippines, of course, rice would complete our every meal. For me, I just can’t say no to rice. I am thrilled to have witnessed the launch of Harvesting Reverence in LAV Farm, Calauan Laguna.<\/p>\n

\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\"<\/a><\/p>\n

And while we enjoy rice, our farmers belong to the bottom 50% earners in the country.<\/p>\n

\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Lingap Leads Foundation Inc.<\/strong><\/em><\/a> is a non-profit organization that aims to help and support our Filipino farmers. They commit to uplift the nation’s marginalized rural communities while having a cohesive society that stands in full solidarity with farmers, striving for their overall welfare and prosperity.<\/p>\n

Aside from that, there are Three Targeted Programs exclusively to our farmers such as:<\/p>\n

Lingap Kasaka<\/strong> – program that promote livelihood, health, and welfare of farmers.
\nLingap Kapatid <\/strong>– program that assist brothers and sisters in need through collaborations with various foundation
\nLingap Kapamilya\u00a0<\/strong>– created programs to help and provide opportunities in Malveda Holdings Corporation to contribute.<\/p>\n

During the launch, we get to experience becoming a farmer for a day. With the scorching sun and muddy ground, it is truly not a joke to plant these rice stalks in the field. Indeed, magtanim at di biro!<\/em><\/p>\n

She emphasizes the importance of sustainability without depleting natural resources for us to have in the future.<\/p>\n

Program Director of Lingap Leads Foundation Ms. Reema Delim<\/strong> <\/em>discussed the mission and vision of each program for Lingap Leads Foundation Inc. this 2024:<\/p>\n

Lingap Lakbay Kalusugan<\/strong> medical missions and other health related activities will continue to run this year.<\/p>\n

Lingap Angat Pinoy<\/strong> aims to have a quality education providing scholarship programs, monthly allowances, book budgets, etc.<\/p>\n

Lingap Lions Soccer Club <\/strong>aims to hone little kids to be an energetic, happy, smart, and healthy individuals who in turn could pass on the great mission.<\/p>\n

Planet CPR<\/strong>: Sagip Kalikasan Climate Action, Passive Plastic aims to collect plastic bottles and upscale them to other useful materials.<\/p>\n

Decent Work and Economic Growth <\/strong>focuses on Harvesting Reverence program. To give back and give assistance to our farmers.<\/p>\n

Social EnterpRICE <\/strong>aims to launch the JACKPOT PREMIUM RICE, that is of quality, sustainable, and would help in community support.<\/p>\n

Max \u201cTodo Max\u201d Ventura of Radyo CSR Supports <\/strong><\/em> also contributed and shared information regarding social responsibility. As his “doing good, while doing great!<\/em>\u201d campaign, he shared his advocacy and passion surrounding issues while discussing this on his radio show at Radyo CSR.<\/p>\n
