The 30,000th HOTS, <\/span>Ms. Rachelle Navalta<\/b>, was hired on the spot as a Service Crew member at McDonald\u2019s during the anniversary job fair. Overwhelmed by the news, she shared: <\/span>\u201cHindi po ako makapaniwala\u2026 nag-try lang po akong mag-apply dito sa job fair dito sa SM. Hindi ko po akalain na hired on the spot ako.\u201d<\/span><\/i> She also encouraged other job seekers: <\/span>\u201cWag po kayong matakot mag-try. Hindi natin alam kung ano ang nakatakdang mangyari sa ating buhay.\u201d<\/span><\/i> Her story embodies the heart of the SM\u2013DOLE partnership: turning a simple decision to show up into opportunities that change lives.<\/span><\/p>\n

The milestone highlights the continued success of the SM\u2013DOLE Job Fair Program, which has mounted over <\/span>370 job fairs nationwide<\/b> since November 2023, supporting more than <\/span>220,000 job seekers<\/b> and resulting in over <\/span>30,000 HOTS<\/b> to date. This collaborative effort reflects the shared mission of SM Supermalls and DOLE to widen access to meaningful employment and uplift Filipino communities.<\/span><\/p>\n
