I’ve known Coldlayers Cafe to be serving cold beverages and Ice Cream, too.  It’s good to know that they also have hot dishes to be paired with their drinks and desserts.

This branch is located in Evia Lifestyle Center.  Good thing that it can be easily accessed via Daang Hari Road.  The place is in pastel in colors that’s very pleasant to the eyes.

Potato Wedges Php160 – perfectly fried potato best dipped in the cheese.

Coldlayers Burger Php265 – beef patty was tender and has that amazing flavor.  That Bacon added more smoky flavor to it.

Cheezy Meat Lasagna Php266 – The Lasagna was al dente and the Bechamel sauce was creamy.

Creamy Chicken Pesto Php266 – I find the chicken a bit dry but still flavorful pesto pasta for me.

Boneless Garlic Bangus Php225 – What I’d order in the morning.  Perfectly fried Bangus.  The flavor on the sour side which I love.

Pork Chop Casserole Php320 – A favorite here.  Tender, moist meat in a  tomato cream sauce.  Yum!

Salisbury Steak Php289 – I find this a bit dry as well.  But still flavorful.

Chicken Teriyaki Php268 – special Teriyaki sauce made this more salivating.  The chicken was soft and tender.

Now for desserts, make sure to order ther Bingsu in flavored Snow Ice.  It is indeed a great end to a meal.  Here’s flavors you can try.

Summer Fling Php185 – Mango snow ice with fresh mangoes, drizzled with mango puree and aloe vera jelly.

Meant To Be Php195 – Matcha snow ice with cornflakes, It has red bean on the side and drizzled with condensed milk.
