I love the Japanese vibe. Upon entering, staff will welcome you and usher you to your seat. I chose to sit upstairs since there were no people at that time.

I love how aesthetic yet simple this place is. The wooden texture and cute little hanging lamps that give out yellow light are just perfect.

I was served with Peach Lemon Iced Tea. It was indeed refreshing.

I ordered some Chicken Karaage and Gyoza to pair with the two ramen that’ll come on my table. Both were good and I must say filling.

🍜 Miso Ramen – This one is packed with umami goodness, it has a signature tonkotsu pork bone broth infused with miso and then topped with corn, sesame bean sprouts, slow-cooked pulled pork, and onion leeks.

🍜 Spicy Karaage Ramen – It has a tonkotsu broth infused with a special chili-oil blend and topped with Spicy Karaage, onion leeks, kikurage, and shredded red pepper.

I definitely enjoyed it here at Hanamaruken. I suggest you go visit and try these two ramens the soonest.
