Ono Hawaiian Burgers and BBQ is another restaurant concept from people behind Mazza, Galo and Cobalabamba! This time, they wanted to feature Hawaiian dishes.
The ambiance has a chill and relaxing vibe that reminiscent of being on an Island. Listening to reggae music with some beer at hand. Carefree.
Onion Rings (Php145) – this crispy onion rings perfectly fried to a golden brown is really addicting. The sauce is what makes this a top notch appetizer.
Bacon Chips (Php190) – who can go wrong with Bacon, right? So crispy indeed! Dip on the vinegar for some acidity.
Ono Hawaiian Burger (Php230) – Love the savory and smoky flavor of the beef patty. It was thick and stuffed. There’s Bacon and Pineapple, too. Giving it some sweetness.
Pork Belly Ribs (Php295) – Rice is life for some. They have this one, too. This pork belly was tender and well marinated.
Huli Huli Chicken (Php195) – Hawaiian-style Chicken BBQ marinated in pineapple juice. Chicken is juicy, indeed!
Lemongrass Chicken Skewers (Php185)
There are also some desserts available. I love the Bread Pudding (Php140). It has a soft and decadent cookie served with Vanilla Ice cream.
Cookie S’mores (Php140) – Another surefire dessert to order. Really gooey and tasty!
