Crafted by Yanagi Head Chef Chester Lucas, who honed his skills through extensive training in Japanese kitchens and extensive experience in five-star hotels across the Philippines for over thirty years. Chef Chester bears in mind that serving authentic Japanese dishes is a rule of thumb.
